● You provide the required information, and based on that, we generate the complete new US Trademark Application.

● Direct-hit search included (this is to ensure that the name you’ve selected is at a bare minimum not already registered or a pending application with the USPTO).

● Our team of experts are available to assist with any questions throughout the process. However, no Attorney will be assisting. If you wish to have an Attorney, please select the *with an attorney representation option.

● We provide you with instructions on how to submit the expertly prepared form to the USPTO. As long as you are a US Citizen or have a US SSN/ITIN, then you should be able to get verified with ID.ME in the USPTO system and submit the file on your own. *Otherwise, for foreign applicants, please opt for the Attorney representation offer to assist you fully.

● We typically in most cases prepare the file based on the TEAS Plus classification, where Official fees are $250 per class. This is a significant savings over other competitors who typically prepare the filings based on the TEAS Standard method at $350 per class rate. Keep in mind, by using our service, you not only save on the Official fees to the USPTO, but benefit from faster registration and avoid the hassle of receiving an extra Office Action requesting clarification on the classification of goods, which would cost you further money and time to sort out.

Please Note: Exclusions in Our Offer

- USPTO Official Fees: These are $250 per class in TEAS Plus or $350 per class in TEAS Standard. We strive to use TEAS Plus whenever possible to minimize your costs. What's the difference?

- Statement of Use (SOU) Fees: Applicable if you're not yet selling in the US, typically due about a year after filing intent-to-use applications. No SOU fees if you are already selling in the US!

- Complex Office Action Responses: Not included in this offer. These arise occasionally based on the Examiner's review and are quoted separately. We do not consult on Amazon Brand Registry.
